These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, events, and offerings provided by Enchanted Life Ltd, trading as Enchanted Life by Maia (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or purchasing any of our services, you (“you” or “the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to, but are not limited to, the following services and offerings:

Shakti Alignment Reading (online only)

Shakti Frequency Energy Healing (online and in-person)

Sacred Shakti Mentorship (1-Month or 3-Month programs, online with optional in-person elements)

Bundle Packages (including Petals of Alignment and Petals of Shakti)

Group Events, Ceremonies, and Temple Spaces

Any other service listed on our website or agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed.

In some cases, a deposit may be accepted to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due before the session begins.

For mentorships, payment can be made in full or via a split payment (deposit plus remaining balance upfront before the first session).

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Shakti Alignment Reading & Shakti Frequency Energy Healing:
You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via our booking system.
Within 48 hours, rescheduling requests must be made via direct communication and will be at our sole discretion, based on individual circumstances.

Bundle Packages (Petals of Alignment / Petals of Shakti):
Rescheduling of individual sessions within a bundle must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed and non-refundable.

Sacred Shakti Mentorship (1-Month or 3-Month):
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the mentorship agreement, which must be signed before the program begins.
Due to the personalised and high-touch nature of this work, cancellations after booking will only be considered at our sole discretion in cases of significant mismatch or extenuating circumstances.

Group Events and Ceremonies:
No refunds once booked. You may transfer your ticket to another person or, at our discretion, transfer to a future event.

Temple Memberships:
Governed by the membership platform’s own terms (e.g., SamCart), which allow for a 7-day cancellation period from the start of the free trial.

4. Refund Policy

All offerings are experiential and non-transferable. Please book mindfully, as your commitment reserves energetic and practical space in our schedule.

Single Sessions (Readings / Energy Healings):
Once a service has been performed, no refunds are given.

Bundle Packages (Petals of Alignment / Petals of Shakti):
These packages are offered at a significant discounted rate. Therefore, once the first session of a bundle has been carried out, the package becomes non-refundable.
If you request cancellation before the first session, you may receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

Sacred Shakti Mentorship (1-Month / 3-Month):
Due to the customised and high-touch nature of mentorship containers, no refunds are available once the first session has taken place, regardless of whether further sessions have been used.
If you choose to discontinue the mentorship after the first session, no partial refunds or credits will be issued, unless decided otherwise at our sole discretion due to a significant mismatch or other exceptional circumstance.

Group Events and Ceremonies:
Non-refundable once purchased, except in the unlikely event we must cancel, in which case a full refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a booking if we believe the service is not suitable for you (e.g., mental-health concerns, lack of understanding of the work, or safety reasons). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. In-Person Sessions

Shakti Frequency Energy Healing may be arranged in person at House of Moon, 19 Marlborough Road, London (Islington), subject to a £60-£80 surcharge.
In-person sessions are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with us after booking.

6. Disclaimer

We are not licensed medical or mental-health professionals.
All services are spiritual, somatic, and energetic practices offered for holistic and personal-growth purposes only.
Our work is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after sessions.

7. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that your results depend on your participation, openness, and integration of the work.
You agree to take full self-responsibility and not hold us liable for any outcomes related to the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
